Grampound & Probus Lay-By's

Devon & Cornwall Police have asked us to let you know that they have recently received a number of complaints from members of the public regarding indiscrete behaviour and litter in lay-by's in the Grampound/Probus area.

Healthy Gay Cornwall do outreach sessions in the lay-by's, letting men know about safer sex, sex and the law and personal safety. We don't record or pass on any details (including names/number plates) of the people using the lay-by's, and we work in an unbiased, non-judgemental way. However, we are working with the community of men that use the lay-by's,  Devon & Cornwall Police and Cornwall County Council to resolve the issues and ensure a fair and equal outcome for all communities involved.
