Hepatitis A

Just to let you know, there is an outbreak of Hepatitis A infection linked to men that have sex with men, in the Bristol area. A number of the cases have visited a large gay sauna in Bristol, which has a wide visiting catchment area, stretching up in-to South Wales and further down into the South West region. Whilst uncommon, Hepatitis A infection is a known risk amongst gay and bisexual men who are recommended to be routinely offered vaccination. G.U.
