YAY! LGBTQ Youth Group - Lead Worker Vacancy

YAY! Cornwall is looking for a fantastic lead worker to run and develop our youth group for young lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and questioning people aged between 13 and 25.
We need someone to work a minimum of 8 hours per month, planning and delivering at least one session on the first Saturday evening of the month in Truro. We have just received funding to run a second session each month which will take place at various locations across the county.
The allocated hours are flexible, allowing for you to spend time on admin and planning as and when suits you. You will need to be able to increase these hours as necessary. A full job description and person specification are attached.
We have a very committed team of trustees and an assistant worker in place, as well as an enthusiastic group of young people.
We are looking for someone with the skills, passion and drive to really develop the group and promote its existence within Cornwall, as well as line managing our assistant worker.
